Abstract

     Models of prevention and treatment of milk hemolymph disease, red body diseases of spiny lobsters in South Central Coast has been performed of 2018-2020, including 2 models of Panulirus ornatus (in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen province), 3 models of P.homarus (in Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa province). The initial size and density for P.ornatus is 100-120g/individual, 100 individuals/cage, for P.homarus is 50-60g/ individual, 203 individuals/cage. The model of applying techniques to prevent and treat milk hemolymph disease, red body disease of spiny lobster according to Technical progress TBKT 03-02:2017/BNNPTNT was recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on June 26, 2017. Culture time 12 months/model. Results of monitoring of models showed that milk hemolymph disease, red body diseases on lobster appeared with a frequency of 1-2 times/model. Harvest from models: the weight of P.ornatus reaches 808.9 – 824.3g/individual, the weight of P.homarus reaches 404.7 – 413.2g/ individual, the survival rate reaches 87.8 – 93.5%, the productivity reaches 5.29 – 5.78kg/m³. Profit rate of models of P. ornatus reaches 47 – 69%, models of P.homarus reaches 26 – 33%.
