Abstract
In the face of complicated situations about the Covid-19 epidemic, the increasing price of fuel and supplies for the fishing industry, and natural disasters have complicated and unpredictable developments, leading to the low profit of fishing vessels. From the above difficulties, it is required to combine fishing activities into models of offshore fishing cooperation groups with the goal of linking services in fishing as well as coordinating rescue and rescue to ensure production safety at sea is essential. Methods of investigating agencies, ship owners, direct interviews with fishermen...The results of the study on the offshore fishing model in Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province show that the model's effectiveness in terms of average output of the group is from 1.2 tons - 1.5 tons/vessel/trip, an increase of 10 % compared to no team, in terms of revenue from 253.8 million VND - 312 million VND/vessel/trip, profit from 36.02 million VND - 54.2 million VND/vessel/trip, income of crew from 11.3 million VND - 14 million VND/trip, crew income increased by 10-15% compared to non-grouped.
