Abstract
The improving the efficiency of offshore purse seine fishing is understood as reducing shipping costs, increasing income, increasing fishing products, protecting fishing resources, monitoring activities of fish aggregating devices or organizing flexible fishing activities, etc. Therefore, the need to improve the efficiency of offshore purse seine fishing has always been concerned by fishermen, besides, scientists have focused on research, and adminstrators find solutions to control the number and activities of fish aggregating devices in the context of declining resources, increasing fuel prices, furthermore, waste from fish aggregating devices is not controlled [2]. From the above facts and urgent needs, the author presents a model of combination of fish aggregating devices with satellite equipment for offshore purse seine exploitation including block diagram, details of parts, uses. The results are very positive for fishermen because they reduce the cost of searching for fish stocks, organize production efficiently, and provide marine information to State management agencies.
