Article 2. Principles and purposes

To publish and introduce scientific research projects in the fisheries sector to serve the training, research and teaching activities of the University;

To inform and introduce scientific research projects in the fisheries sector in home and abroad to serve the training and research activities of the University;

To provide a forum for scientists to exchange information and technology in the fisheries sector, and to connect lecturers, scientists, managers and businessman in home and abroad.

To propagate and disseminate information on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the Government in the field training and education, and fisheries development.

To develop and enhance the University’s branding and reputation in the cooperation in training and scientific research at home and abroad.

Paper published on the Journal of Fisheries Science and Technology including:

a) Research paper: The paper presents latest research results (original research), or proposes a new method, idea or solution.

b) Short paper: The paper presents latest research results, but insufficient to form a full paper.

c) Mixed paper: The paper has been compiled from secondary source materials on a specific subject.

d) Letter to the Editor: Short paper presents your opinions on science, technology to exchange and dicuss

Article 3. Subject and Scope of the Regulation

This Rule is apapplied to all editorial boards, reviewers, and authors whom submit papers to the Journal of Fisheries Science and Technology, Nha Trang University

Target subjects are: scientists, lecturers, doctoral and master students, students, managers, producers, businessesmen and readers.

Article 4. Publishing and release

Language: Vietnamese and English

Time: quarterly

Paper size: 19 cm x 27cm; page : 250 ~ 300 pages, number of prints: 500 volumes

Print place: Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province

The Journal is quarterly published on March, June, September, and December.

Sepcial Issue (thematic): Papers presented at the Conferences, Symposiums must be registered in advance and approved by the Editorial Board. The Sepcial Issue may be published to replace the periodic issue once approved. In some cases, Papers presented at the Conferences, Symposiums may be considered to publish independently.

Article 5: Content published

The journal publishes research works in the fields of Science and Technology, Science of Fisheries Management, Rural Development and other related fields.

Article 6. Operating principles

The journal operates under the provisions of the Press Law, in compliance with the regulations of the Vietnam Journalists Association and the regulations of Nha Trang University.

The members of the Editorial Board, the staff of the Journal are responsible for the work results according to the assignment, work arrangement and work in compliance with the general regulations of Nha Trang University.
