Abstract
This study was conducted from June 2016 to June 2017 in 3 provinces including Nghe An, Nam Dinh and Quang Ninh Province, focusing on evaluating the risk factors related to white spot disease outbreaks in white leg shrimp. The method applied in the study was cross-epidemiological. The results showed that there were 8 risk factors associated with the outbreaks of white spot disease in white leg shrimp. There were three space factors including taking water outside sediment pond system and without filtering net, adding water during cultured cycle, two time factors (raising in endemic area, irregularly checking environmental parameters) and three object factors (stocking shrimp under post 10 and without stress reduction, and availability of other creature).
